Refund policy

We want you to absolutely love your GAL-UP pieces 🤠✨ but if something isn’t quite right, we accept returns for a refund to your original payment method within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and have all tags attached—anything with stains, odors, pet hair, or damage may be denied. All sale items, discounted items, accessories, and any items marked final sale are not eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, original shipping fees are non-refundable, and we recommend using a tracked shipping method since we are not responsible for lost return packages. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right. Once your return is received, please allow 5–7 business days for processing before your refund is issued to your original form of payment (processing times may vary depending on your bank or provider). We do not accept returns for incorrect sizing, normal wear and tear, or items sent back after the 30-day window. By purchasing from GAL-UP, you agree to this policy, and we reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
