At GAL UP, we get it. Waiting for new gear is the hardest part! That is why we ship as fast as we can.

U.S. Orders
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow it all the way home. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipment.

Canada Orders
We proudly ship to Canada! Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days, depending on location and customs processing. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes.

Europe Orders
Yes, we ship to Europe too! Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery usually takes 10 to 21 business days, depending on your country and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, duties, or import taxes required by their country.

Once your order is on the way, you will receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package every step of the way. While we do our best to get your order to you quickly and safely, GAL UP is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
